美味的包菜沙拉,
家人说很好吃,
他们很喜欢。。。
材料:
500克包菜,1 根红萝卜,半个洋葱 (全部切幼)。
250毫升全脂牛奶,1汤匙苹果醋或柠檬汁(制作酪乳牛奶)。
130克 美奶芝沙拉酱,1 1/2 汤匙糖,1 汤匙苹果醋,少许盐,少许黑胡椒粉。
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage, 1 carrot, half an onion,
250 ml full cream milk, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (for making buttermilk),
130 g mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, some salt, some black pepper.
包菜沙拉的做法。。。。。
Step for making cabbage salad ...............
1.) 把切幼的包菜,红萝卜和洋葱拌均。
Mix well finely chop cabbage, carrot and onion.
2.) 250毫升全脂牛奶和1汤匙醋或柠檬汁拌均,静置5分钟制成酪乳牛奶。
Mix well 250 ml full cream milk and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice,
let it stand for 5 minutes to make as buttermilk.
3.) 把酪乳牛奶, 美奶芝沙拉酱, 糖,醋,盐和黑胡椒粉搅拌。
Mix well buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
4.) 倒入菜里拌均。
Pour buttermilk mixture into vegetables and mix well.
5.) 放入冰箱冷藏隔夜即可食用。
Keep in the refrigerator overnight, then serve.
