40 minutes bread recipe - Onion cheese bread 40分钟面包食谱 - 香葱芝士面包


Onion cheese bread
用了Baking Taitai 的40分钟面包食谱,

做了香葱芝士面包,

这个食谱只要揉好面团,

加入喜爱的馅料做出各式各样的面包来,

松弛10分钟就可放入烘炉烘了,

非常简单。。。容易。。喜欢这个食谱。

香葱芝士面包
材料:
270毫升温水,70毫升油,11克干酵母,48克糖,
1.5 茶匙(约7克),蛋一个,300克高粉,245克普通面粉。
适量车打芝士,沙拉酱和切粒青葱。
Ingredients:
270 warm water, 70g oil, 11g yeast, 48g sugar,
1.5 teaspoon salt (about 7g), 1 egg, 300g bread flour, 245g plain flour.
Some cheddar cheese, salad cream and chopped onion.

1.)  水,油,酵母和糖拌均静置15分钟,然后混合所有材料。
Mix well water, oil, yeast and sugar, let it rest for 15 minutes,
then mix well all ingredients.


2.) 揉至光滑的面团 , 分成每个60克的小团。
Knead mixture until smooth and divide into 60g dough.


3.) 做好造形松弛10分钟,搽上蛋液,洒上芝士和沙拉酱,
放入预热烤箱以220度 C 烘15分钟。
Shape it and let it stand for 10 minutes,
Brush with egg glaze, 
Sprinkle cheddar cheese, salad cream and chopped onion on top,
Put into preheat oven bake at 220 degree C for 15 minutes.
