这南瓜面包,在揉面团时加多了水的份量,
变成太过软,有点缩腰。。。
材料:
4 克 酵母,50 克水,1个 蛋,50 克 糖
300 克 高粉,100 克 南瓜泥
20 克 牛油
适量巧克力豆。
Ingredients:
4 g yeast, 50 g water, 1 egg, 50 g sugar
300 g bread flour, 100 g pumpkin puree
20 g butter
some chocolate chip.
南瓜面包的做法。。。。
Step for making pumpkin bread............
1) 除了牛油,混合所有材料. 1) Mix well all dough ingredients ( except butter).
2) 揉约5分钟,加入奶油。 2) Knead for 5 minutes and add in butter.
3) 继续揉至有薄膜的面团。 3) Continue kneading the dough until it can be pulled into thin film.
4,5) 待发1个小时。 4,5) Leave to rise for 1 hour.
6) 分成每个80克小团。 6) Divide into 80 g each dough.
7,8,9) 做造型。 7,8,9) Shape it.
10) 放入搽油的模,待发至满,以170度烘30分钟。
Put into greased mould.
Let it rise.
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes.
