Deep-fried arrowhead 炸芽菇

Deep-fried arrowhead
每年靠近农历新年,都收到亲戚朋友送来的炸芽菇。。。
让我感到非常窝心。。。
今年自己试做。。。
脆脆的炸芽菇,让人吃个不停。。。

材料:
商量芽菇
商量食油

Ingredients:
Some arrowhead
Some cooking oil.


炸芽菇的做法。。。
Step for making deep-fried arrowhead.......
1) 芽菇去皮洗净。
Remove the skin and wash.

2) 抹干水份再刨成薄片。
Dry it and slice into thin layer.

3) 放入烧热的油炸至浅金黄色。
Deep-fry in oil until light golden brown.

4) 待凉收入不透风的罐子里。
Let it cool, then keep in an airtight container.
