自制的果酱真的好香。
材料:
250 克 草莓
15 克 柠檬汁
1/2 茶匙 牛油
150 克 糖
Ingredients:
250 g strawberries
15 g lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon butter
150 g sugar
草莓酱的做法。
Step for making strawberry jam.
1) 草莓洗干净切开。
Wash and drain the strawberries.
Then, cut into quarters.
2) 加入糖拌均,盖上保鲜膜静置3个小时或放冰箱隔夜。
Mix well with sugar.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 3 hours, or keep in the fridge for overnight.
3) 加入柠檬汁和牛油,以中小火煮至浓稠即可。
Add in lemon juice and butter.
Cook with medium low heat until thick.
