朋友送来很多鲜橙,除了榨汁,做蛋糕外,也拿一些来做果酱。
材料:
6 个 鲜橙
30 克 柠檬汁
适量 糖
Ingredients:
6 oranges
30 g lemon juice
sugar.
鲜橙酱的做法。
Step for marking orange Jam.
3) 去掉白色橙皮和种子,然后切成片。
Remove the white part of skin and seeds, then cut the orange into slices.
4) 放入食物搅拌器拌均。
Put into food blender and mix well.
5) 加入柠檬汁和 橙皮碎,以中小火煮至浓稠即可。
Add in lemon juice and chopped orange skin.
Cook with medium low heat until thick.

1.) 橙用盐搓一会,浸水洗干净。
Rub oranges with salt for a while, then soak in water.
2) 刮出橙皮再把它切碎。
Peel the skin thinly and chop to small pieces.Remove the white part of skin and seeds, then cut the orange into slices.
