Steam whole wheat bun 蒸全麦馒头
全麦馒头使用的面粉是没有经过除去麸皮程序的,
整粒小麦包含了麸皮与胚芽全部磨成粉。
小麦中的麸皮含有营养价值极高的纤维素。

材料:
300 克 全麦面粉
170 克 水
1/2 茶匙 酵母
1 汤匙 糖


Ingredients:
300 g whole wheat flour
170 g water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar


全麦馒头的做法。
Step for making steam whole wheat bun.
1) 混合所有的材料。
Mix well all ingredients.


2) 揉至光滑的面团,待发至双倍大。
Knead to form a smooth dough.
Let it rise to double size.


3) 把面团分成 4 份,揉至光滑有弹性,再做成圆型。
Divide into 4 parts.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Then shape it round.

4) 把面团放在纸上待发30分钟。
以中火蒸20分钟,熄火闷5分钟才打开盖。
Put it on the paper and let it rise 30 minutes. 
Steam for 20 minutes with medium heat.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before opening the cover.
