peach cheese cake 水蜜桃芝士蛋糕

Peach cheese cake



今天的饭后甜品是水蜜桃芝士蛋糕,品尝过这道甜品的人都说好吃,让我这个做的人信心加倍,会继续加油再加油。。。



材料:80克消化饼,40克奶油
          罐头水蜜桃一罐(一半切粒,一半装饰),130克奶油芝士,120毫升鲜奶,80克糖
          250毫升鲜奶油,15克鱼胶粉(加3大匙水隔水溶化),柠檬汁半茶匙
Ingredients: 80g biscuit (crushed)
                  40g butter (melted)
                  1 canned peach (sliced half for filling, half for decoration)
                  130g cream cheese
                  120ml fresh milk
                  80g sugar
                  250ml whipping cream
                  15g gelatin powder (double-boil till dissolved with 3 table spoon water)
                  1/2 tea spoon lemon juice


做法:
Step: 


                  
                   

1.) 消化饼压碎加入溶解奶油拌均,铺入模里放入冰箱冷藏定型。
     Mix biscuit and butter, then press into the mould. Keep in the refrigerator.















2.) 奶油芝士,鲜奶和糖隔水搅拌至糖溶。
     Double boil cream cheese, fresh milk and sugar until sugar melt. 




3.) 把奶油芝士糊倒入食物处理机打至滑。
     Pour the mixture into a blender and mix well.


4.) 鲜奶油打至稍微固体状。
     Whip " whipping cream" until smooth.


5.) 加入芝士糊,柠檬汁和隔水溶化的鱼胶粉搅拌均匀。
     Add in cheese batter, lemon juice, gelatin and mix well.


6.) 倒一半芝士糊入铺了消化饼的模里,放入蜜桃粒再把另一半芝士糊倒满,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
     Pour half cheese batter into the mould, add in sliced peach then pour the balance in. Keep in the          refrigerator until harden.


7.) 这是刚从冰箱拿出的水蜜桃芝士蛋糕。
     Peach cheese cake above have just been taken out from the fridge.
