喜欢这带有浓郁香蕉甜味的蛋糕。。。
食谱取自红糖的包装袋。。
在买红糖时,无意间看到包装袋上有香蕉蛋糕的食谱,
决定试一试。。。
把食谱做了少许的调整。。。把纯酸奶换成鲜奶。
材料:
125克奶油,30克红糖,80克糖,2个蛋,
(100毫升鲜奶 或 133克纯酸奶)
200克香蕉泥
175克超幼面粉,半茶匙泡打粉,半茶匙苏打粉
Ingredients:
125g butter,30g brown sugar, 80g sugar, 2 eggs
(100ml fresh milk or 133g plain yogurt)
200g mashed banana
175g superfine flour, half teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda.
香蕉蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making banana cake ....
1.) 把奶油,红糖和糖打至滑。
Mix well butter, brown sugar and sugar.
2.) 加入蛋打至松发。
Add in eggs and whip until fluffy.
3.) 加入香蕉泥和鲜奶拌均。
Add in mashed banana and fresh milk.
4.) 筛入所有粉拌均。
Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda, then mix well.
5.) 拌好的面糊。
Done....
6.) 把面糊倒入纸杯,放入预热烤箱以160度C烘35分钟。
Spoon mixture into paper baking cup,
put in pre-heated oven, bake at 160 degree for 35 minutes.
烘好冷却即可享用。。。
