Yam Cake 芋头糕

买了个芋头打算做芋头糕。。。

这回做个简单的鸡肉芋头糕。。。


芋头。。。Yam.


材料:
200克粘米粉,2汤匙薯粉,500毫升水
适量鸡肉 (切幼),中等芋头一个.
调味料:
适量油,蒜,盐,胡椒粉,鸡精粉,少许五香粉
1 棵青葱


Ingredients: 
200g rice flour, 2 tablespoon tapoica flour, 500ml water
some chicken (chopped), medium size yam
Seasoning:
some oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, chicken stock,  
wu xiang fen ( mixture of five spices seasoning powder)
1 stalk spring onion.



做法......
Step for making yam cake.....


   
1.) 把所有粉加入水拌均, 再把芋头切为两份。
Mix well all flour with water. Cut yam into two. 
2.) 一份切粒,一份切丝。
 One cut it into cubes, another shred it.

 
3.) 烧热油, 用中火把切好的芋头煎5分钟取出备用。
Heat oil in wok, fry shredded yam for 5 minutes over medium heat. 


 
4.) 把鸡肉加入蒜茸炒3分钟,再把煎香的芋头加入拌均熄火。
Cook chicken and garlic for 3 minutes, add in fried yam and mix well, then turn off fire.

 
5.) 倒入粘米浆和调味料拌均,
再倒入搽油铺纸的模,放入预热的蒸锅以大火蒸45分钟。
Add in rice mixture and seasoning, then mix well.
Pour into a mould (greased) with baking paper,
put into preheated steamer and steam for 45 minutes with high heat.

6.) 蒸好取出待冷,洒上青葱即可享用。
Remove from steamer and let cool, sprinkle some spring onion, then serve.
