好浓郁的巧克力蛋糕。。。
这蛋糕甜而不腻,孩子还说一点都不甜。。.
平常做的蛋糕要两三天才吃完。。。
这巧克力布朗尼在第二天就吃完了。。。。
后来再做多一次,第二天早上只看到装蛋糕的空盒子。。。
这蛋糕很受欢迎。。
好了,这蛋糕可以暂停制做。。。
一下吃了两次,已经很够了。。
下回得做比较清谈的蛋糕。
材料:
150克奶油,125克烹调巧克力
125克黑糖,少许盐,2个蛋,1茶匙香草精,1茶匙巧克力香精
100克普通面粉,1大匙巧克力粉
巧克力酱:
1茶匙吉利丁粉 加入2大匙水,120克烹调巧克力,60毫升鲜奶

1.) 把奶油和烹调巧克力隔水溶化备用。

2.) 糖,盐,蛋和香精混合打至松滑。

3.) 加入溶化的巧克力糊。

4.) 筛入面粉和巧克力粉拌均。

5.) 拌均后的巧克力面糊。

6.) 模搽油铺烘培纸。

7.) 把面糊倒入模,以160度C烘30分钟至熟。

8.) 吉利丁加2大匙水和烹调巧克力一起隔水溶化。

9.) 把鲜奶和溶化吉利丁加入巧克力糊里拌均待凉。

10.) 倒入烘好待凉的蛋糕上,放入冰箱待表层的巧克力凝固后可切片进食。
