Macaroni 通心粉

这是一道简单的料理,把馅料煮熟加入煮好的通心粉,

吃时洒些芝士粉和西洋香菜即可。。。

通常都会把煮好的粉和馅料分开放。。。

要吃多少盛多少。。




馅料可根据喜爱的材料来烹调,

这次就做了个简单的通心粉料理。。。


材料:适量鸡肉碎,四季豆,香肠,蒜茸,洋葱,500克通心粉,

盐,橄榄油,黑胡椒粉,100毫升鲜奶,1汤匙玉米粉,芝士粉,西洋香菜。


Ingredients : chicken , green bean, sausage, garlic, onion, 500g macaroni,

salt, olive oil, black pepper, 100ml fresh milk, 1 tablespoon corn flour, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley.


  做法:........  Step for cooking macaroni.......

1.) 煮沸半锅水,加入少许橄榄油和半茶匙盐,
放入通心粉滚 7 - 10分钟,捞起滤干水分,
保留500毫升水备用。
Cook pasta in salt water with some olive oil for 7 - 10 minutes, 
drain cooked macaroni well, 
reserving 500ml of cooking liquid.

2.)  加入半茶匙l橄榄油拌均, 使其不会粘在一起。
Mix well with half teaspoon of olive oil,  so that it does not stick together.

3.) 烧热油,加入鸡肉,蒜茸,黑胡椒粉以中火炒香。
Cook chicken, garlic and black pepper in hot oil for few minutes with medium heat. 

4.) 4.) 加入香肠,大葱和四季豆炒2分钟。
Add in sausage, onions and green bean, and cook for 2 minutes.

5.) 倒入备用的500毫升水煮滚。
Pour in reserved cooking liquid and bring it to boil.

6.) 转小火,加入100毫升鲜奶和玉米粉搅拌煮至浓稠,加盐调味即可。
Pour in 100ml fresh milk and add corn flour, stir until thickened with low heat,
then add salt and season well.




享用时加入芝士粉和西洋香菜。。。。
Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley.
