Milk Biscuit 牛奶棒饼

milk buscuit


这是一道充满奶油味的棒饼。。。

制做方法非常简单。。。

材料的份量不多,觉得刚好是午茶点心的份量。。。

食谱来自“君之”




材料:40克奶油,20克全脂奶粉,40克炼奶,80克普通面粉。

Ingredients: 40g butter, 20g full cream milk powder, 40g condensed milk,  80g plain flour.


牛奶棒饼的做法。。。。
Step for making milk biscuit......

1.) 奶油,奶粉和炼奶拌均。
Mix well butter, milk powder and  condensed milk.

2.) 筛入粉拌均。
 Sift in flour and mix well.

3.) 揉成软团。
Knead to form a soft dough.

4.) 擀平面团,切成长条,
放入铺了烘培纸的烘盘以180度C烘10分钟即可。
Roll out the dough, and cut it into strips,
put on the baking tray and bake at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
