English tea cake


每次喝红茶时,就想做个红茶蛋糕,这回终于做了出来。。。

这蛋糕带有淡淡的红茶味。。。每吃一口都闻到香味,让人精神愉快,

喜欢喝红茶的朋友,不妨也一试。

红茶具有健胃整肠助消化,延缓老化,

降血糖,抗癌,利尿,消炎,杀菌解毒,

提神消除疲劳等功效。。。。



材料:
1茶匙红茶叶,40毫升热水(拌均)
20克糖,40克玉米油,3粒蛋黄,60克自发粉
3粒蛋白,30克糖,几滴柠檬汁

Ingredients:
A teaspoon of tea leaves, 40ml hot water (mix well),
20g sugar, 40g corn oil, 3 egg yolks, 60g raising flour,
3 egg white, 30g sugar, few drop lemon juice.


红茶蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making English tea cake......

               
1.) 把红茶汁,糖,油,蛋黄混合拌均。
Mix well tea leaves, sugar, oil and egg yolks.

             
2.) 筛入分拌均。
Sift in flour and mix well.

           
3.) 蛋白,糖和柠檬汁混合打至硬性发泡。
Mix egg white, sugar and lemon juice, then whisk until fluffy.

          
4.) 把1/3 的蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊里拌均,
再把蛋黄糊加入蛋白糊里轻轻搅拌均匀。
Mix well .... 1/3 egg white mixture in egg yolk batter.
Then, gently mix well the remaining of the two batters.

       
5.) 倒入模里以140度C烘50-60分钟。
Pour into mould bake at 140 degree C for about 50-60 minutes.

  
6.) 把刚烘好的蛋糕倒扣冷却后才取出。
Turn upside down to cool before taking the cake out.
