Chocolate cup mousse 巧克力杯慕斯

这是连杯也能吃进肚子里的一道甜品。。。。

甜而不腻。。。喜欢得不得了。

建议在炖溶巧克力时,就可以马上倒进纸杯刷均匀,

这样里外的巧克力都是滑滑的,

如果等凉了再刷的话,杯子里面的巧克力会比较粗糙,

就像我现在做的这样,巧克力杯里面是比较粗糙不平均的。



材料:
5克吉利丁粉,3大匙水.
200克黑巧克力,100毫升鲜奶,150毫升鲜奶油,半茶匙香草精。

Ingredients:
5g gelatin powder, 3 tablespoon water.
200g dark chocolate, 100ml fresh milk, 150 wipping cream, half teaspoon vanilla essence.


巧克力杯慕斯的做法。。。
Step for making chocolate cup mousse......

1.) 隔水溶解黑巧克力。
Double boil dark chocolate until dissolve.

2.) 倒一汤匙溶解巧克力到纸杯里刷均匀,
放入冰箱冷冻室15分钟,
15分钟后,取出再刷多一层溶解黑巧克力,
再放入冰箱冷冻室30分钟。
Pour 1 tablespoon melted chocolate into the paper cup and brush evenly.
Keep in the freezer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, take out from the freezer.
Brush one more layer chocolate.
Keep into the freeze for 30 minutes.

3.) 吉利丁粉加水隔水溶解。
Double boil gelatin with water until dissolve.

4.) 把剩下的黑巧克力加鲜奶隔水拌均。
Add freah milk into the rest of the dark chocolate,
double boil again and mix well.

5.) 把鲜奶油打至浓稠,加入香草精拌均。
Whip wipping cream until thick,
and mix well with vanilla essence.

6.) 倒入巧克力糊和溶解吉利丁拌均。
Pour chocolate batter and gelatin mix well.

7.) 取出冷冻好的巧克力杯,撕掉外层的纸。
Take out the chocolate cup from the frezzer,
and tear away the outer paper cup.

8.) 把巧克力慕斯倒入巧克力杯里,
放入冰箱食物储藏室冷餐至凝固即可。
Pour the chocolate mousse into the chocolate cup,
keep in the fridge until the mousse harden.
