馅料:
100克烘香花生碎,50克糖,100克花生酱。
皮料:
140克糯米粉,1/2 茶匙苏打粉,30克糖,50克橙薯泥,80-100毫升沸水,适量芝麻。
Filling:
100g peanut (roasted and finely chopped), 50g sugar, 100g peanut butter.
Pastry:
140g glutinous rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 30g sugar, 50g mashed sweet potato,
80 - 100ml hot water, some sesame seeds.

Step for making sesame seed balls.........
1.) 把馅料全部拌均。
Mix filling ingredients well.
2.) 把所有皮料拌均揉成光滑的软团。
Mix all pastry ingredients together。
Knead to form a smooth dough.
3.) 把它分成50克的小团,包入馅料搓圆,
沾些水后再沾上芝麻。
Divide each dough into 50g,
Wrap in filling and shape it round,
Wet the dough with water,
and dip with sesame seeds.
4.) 烧热油,以中火炸至金黄色。
Preheat oil with medium heat.
Deep-fry until golden brown.
