Blueberry Cheese Cake 蓝莓芝士蛋糕

Blueberry Cheese Cake

100 克 饼干
50 克 溶解牛油

250 克 奶油芝士
80 克 糖
2 个 蛋
10 克  柠檬汁
80 克 鲜奶
1 茶匙 香草精
15 克 玉米粉

100 g biscuit
50 g melted butter.

250 g cream cheese, 
80 g sugar,
2 eggs,
10 g lemon juice, 
80 g fresh milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
15 g corn flour.
Some fresh blueberries.

Step for making blueberry cheese cake.
1) 把饼干放进塑胶袋里。
Put biscuit into a plastic bag.
2.) 把饼干压碎。
Crush the biscuit.
3& 4) 加入溶解牛油拌均。
Add in melted butter and mix well.

5) 奶油芝士加糖拌均
Mix well cream cheese and sugar.

6) 逐一加入蛋拌均,再加入柠檬汁,鲜奶,香草精和玉米粉搅拌均匀。
Add in egg one at a time and mix well.
Then add in lemon juice, fresh milk, vanilla essence and flour.

7) 把拌好的饼碎压入模里,倒入芝士糊,再加入几颗蓝莓。
 Pour the biscuit mixture into the mould and press evenly.
Pour in cheese batter and place some blueberries on top the batter.

8) 用蒸烘法以150度C烘50分钟。
Steam bake at 150 degree C for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool.
Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
