近来在超市看到许多芒果,买了一些回来做芒果慕斯蛋糕。
蛋糕材料:
2 个 蛋黄
30 克 食油
5 汤匙 水
60 克 低粉
2 个 蛋白
30 克 糖
几滴柠檬汁
慕斯材料:
1 1/2 汤匙 吉利丁
4 汤匙 水
300 克 芒果
50 克 鲜奶油
适量糖粉
cake ingredients:
2 egg yolks
30 g cooking oil
5 tablespoon water
60 g superfine flour
2 egg white
30 g sugar
few drops lemon juice.
mousse ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoon gelatin powder
4 tablespoon water
300 g mango
50 g whipping cream
some icing sugar.
芒果慕斯蛋糕的做法。
Step for making mango mousse cake.
1) 蛋黄,油和水拌均,加入粉搅拌均匀。
蛋白,糖和柠檬汁打至硬性发泡。
把1/3 的蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊里拌均,
再把蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊里轻轻搅拌均匀。
倒入5寸模以135度C烘45分钟。
把刚烘好的蛋糕倒扣,冷却后才取出切片。
Mix well egg yolks, oil and water, then add in flour.
Whisk egg white with few drops lemon juice until fluffy.
Mix well .... 1/3 egg white mixture in egg yolk batter.
Then, gently mix well the remaining of the two batters.
Pour into 5 inch mould, Bake at 135 degree C for 45 minutes,
Turn mould upside down to cool.
Then, only take the cake out and slice.
1.) 吉利丁加水隔水溶化。
Double boil gelatin with water until dissolve.
2) 把芒果和鲜奶油放入食物搅拌器搅成糊。
加入吉利丁和加入糖粉调至喜爱的甜度。
1) 把一片蛋糕放入模,
2) 倒入一半的芒果泥,
重复步骤 1) 和 2) 至完成。
放入冰箱冷藏隔夜。
Mix mango and whipping cream with a food mixer.
Add in gelatin and sugar to your preferred sweetness.
1) Put a slice of cake into the mould,
2) Pour half of the mango mixture,
and repeat step 1) and 2) above.
Keep it in the fridge over night.
