Steam "Pandan" Cake 蒸香兰蛋糕

Steam "Pandan" Cake
小小个的香兰蛋糕,口感松软而带有清香的味道。

材料:
2 个蛋
55 克糖
60 克低粉
2  1/2 汤匙 香兰精华。

Ingredients:
2 eggs
55 g sugar
60 g superfine flour 
2  1/2 tablespoon concentrated "pandan" juice.

蒸香兰蛋糕的做法。
Step for making steam "pandan" cake.
1.) 先把蛋和糖打至浓稠(面糊掉下不会立刻消散)。
分次筛入面粉轻轻拌均。
Whisk egg and sugar until thick
( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).  
Gradually add in flour and mix well.

2) 加入香兰汁。
Add in "pandan" juice.

3) 倒入搽油的模以大火蒸15分钟。
Pour into  greased mould and steam with high heat for 15 minutes.
