烘炉坏了,又想吃蛋糕,那就来一个蒸布朗尼蛋糕。
材料A;
60 克 无盐牛油
50 克 黑巧克力
材料B;
3 个 蛋
120 糖
1/4 茶匙 盐
材料C;
60 克 低粉
20 克 可可粉
1/2 茶匙 发粉
1/2 茶匙 香草精
1/4 茶匙 咖啡香精
Ingredients A:
60 g unsalted butter
50 g dark chocolate
Ingredients B:
3 eggs
120 sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Ingredients C:
60 g superfine flour
20 g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coffee emulco.
蒸布朗尼蛋糕的做法。
Step for making steamed brownies.
1) 把材料 A 隔水溶化备用。
Double boil ingredients A until dissolve and set aside.
2) 把材料B打至浓稠(面糊掉下不会立刻消散)。
Whisk ingredients B until thick,
( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).
3) 筛入材料C拌均, 再加入步骤1)的黑巧克力糊。
Sift in ingredients C and mix well.
Then add in dark chocolate mixture from step 1).
4) 倒入搽油的模以中火蒸35分钟。
Pour into greased mould and steam with medium heat for 35 minutes.
