Chocolate bread 巧克力面包

400 克 高粉
80 克 低粉
30 克 可可粉
50 克 浅褐色糖
3 克 盐
1 茶匙 酵母
200 克 牛奶
170 克 水
50 克 溶化牛油

400 g bread flour
80 g superfine flour
30 g cocoa powder
50 g light brown sugar
3 g salt
1 teaspoon yeast
200 g milk
170 g water
50 g melted butter
some chocolate chip.

Step for making chocolate bread.
1) 把所有的材料混合后,才加入牛油,揉至有薄膜的面团。
Mix well all dough ingredients ( except butter).
Then add in butter.
Knead the dough until it can  be pulled into thin film.

2) 盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时。
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour. 

3) 做造型。
Shape it.

4) 放入搽油的模,待发至90%满,以180度烘40分钟。
Put into greased mould.
Let it rise unit 90% full..
Bake at 180 degree for 40 minutes.
Remove and brush some melted butter on top of the bread.
Then remove from mould and let it cool.
