Purple sweet potato chiffon cake 紫薯戚风蛋糕
好久没做蛋糕了,此次做了个紫薯蛋糕与大家分享。

材料A:
5个 蛋黄 ( B 型 ),50毫升 玉米油,60毫升 鲜奶,80克 普通面粉,10 克 玉米粉
材料B:
5个 蛋白,50克  褐糖,  几滴柠檬汁。
材料C:
100 克 紫薯泥

Ingredient A: 
5 egg yolks (B size),  50ml corn oil, 60ml fresh milk, 80g plain flour, 10 g corn flour.
Ingredient B: 
5 egg white, 50 g light brown sugar, few drops lemon juice.
Ingredient C: 
100 g mashed purple sweet potato .

紫薯戚风蛋糕的做法。
Step for making purple sweet potato chiffon cake.
1) 把蛋黄,油和牛奶拌均。
Mix well egg yolks, oil and milk.

2&3)然后加入面粉搅拌均匀。
Then add in flour and mix well.

4)  把材料B打至硬性发泡。
再把1/3 的蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊里拌均,
再把蛋黄糊加入蛋白糊里轻轻搅拌均匀。
Whisk ingredient B until fluffy.
Then mix well .... 1/3 egg white mixture in egg yolk batter.
Then, gently mix well the remaining of the two batters.

5) 加入材料C拌均。
倒入模里,以160度C烘50分钟,
把刚烘好的蛋糕倒扣冷却后才取出。
Add in ingredient C and mix well.
Pour into mould.
Bake at 160 degree C for 50 minutes,
Turn upside down to cool before taking the cake out.
